Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Kouga Business Forum to be held on 28 of February 2012 at the Boutique Hotel in Humansdorp.
The meeting will start at 6:30 pm. Chairman, Jacques van Wyk, will give his Annual Report, the Annual Financial Statements of the Forum will be tabled and the new Management for 2012 will be elected.
Nominations for members of the Management Committee are welcomed and can be done by contacting Johan Kleingeld, at 072 711 1830 who will provide the details of the process. Nominations are awaited for the different regions beingJeffreysBay, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, Hankey, Patensie and Loerie.
Only member who have paid their membership fees for 2012 will be allowed to vote. Entry forms and receipts for the payment of the membership fees will be available at the meeting.
Businesses are invited to get involved and contact Johan Kleingeld about the benefits of being a member of the KBF.
