Photographer Simon Edwards of St Francis Bay became a victim of the flash flood that almost wiped out lower Santareme on Saturday morning.
He was busy snapping photos and stepped backwards into a deep hole in the road. In trying to save his camera he quickly stretched out his arm and dislocated his shoulder.
He was taken to hospital in a lot pain but is now recovering well at home.
