Yesterday, 14 October, six shacks burnt down in the Sea Vista area of Zwelitsha in St Francis Bay and two shacks were scorched.
Twelve people are now homeless and have lost everything.
A Mr Nxumalo from KM Disaster department organised mattresses, linen and bedding for the fire victims -see photos.
These homeless people, who are taking temporary shelter, are without other necessary items to survive.
Anyone who can help is asked to please drop off any goods to help these 12 people at Calibre Security offices. They will be taken up to the homeless. By the Ward 1 clr Nozuko. 073 759 8802.
