The Pam Golding offices in Cape St Francis have not only doubled in size with the addition of an adjacent north-facing corner unit, but they are now more appealing and prominent for visitors.
The building itself has also been re-vamped, adding to the improvement.
Neil Fox is Pam Golding’s property consultant for Cape St Francis. He manages all rentals for Pam Golding in the St Francis Bay area, mainly holiday rentals. Neil is assisted by Jennie Manser.
Fox says property prices in Cape St Francis have held up well despite the global drop, and there is a shortage of stock – “but we do have some well-priced properties on offer!”
