The latest news is that they are taking longer to build a one lane bridge across the Sand River than initially anticipated… so St Francis Bay residents are marooned here for another night, unless they have vehicles to pick them up on the other side of the foot bridge.
The disaster management team hoped tp have the lane completed by the end of today, but it is now more likely to be completed sometime. tomorrow.
