19 February :

Rotary End Polio Now Awareness Swimarathon at 5 pm, old Hotel pool.

Swimming enthusiasts in St Francis Bay and Jeffreys Bay are once again participating in the Rotary Global Swimarathon for 2013 in their respective towns.

Last year St Francis swimmers contributed towards establishing a new Guiness World Record and boasted having the youngest swimmer in the world participating – 8 year-old Jessica Brown.

 

21 February:

There will be a Money Talk Retirement presentation at St Francis Links – held by Consolidated Financial Planning (CPF). This is one of several talks in the EC and on the Garden Route. It will be held from 5.30 pm for tea and coffee, then talk starts at 6 pm.

22 February:
Balobi  MTB team event and night ride at the port from 5 pm onwards.

 

23 February: 

Port Hole Kids Fun MTB Ride for U12 year-olds at 9 am in aid of Sustainable Seas Centre.

Family Fun Catch and Release Fishing Competition at the Port 10 am – 2 pm

 

24 February: 

7:30 am the annual MTB Challenge (15km, 35km, 80km) – one of the top MTB events in the Eastern Province – attracting hundreds of entrants. Jumping castles, food stalls, big prize giving from noon. Great excitement and great vibe!

27 February:

Stix Pub & Restaurant, Cape St Francis, 56A Da Gama Way. Join us for an evening of fine food, good vibes and great music! Wwell-known and extremely talented South African muzo, Wendy Oldfield accompanied by the popular Joe Van der Linden on guitar, one of our local favorites, will be at Stix. It is going to be an evening not to be missed!
