With rain clouds looming in the sky no one in authority is able to advise at this stage (Thursday 1 pm) whether the new temporary bridge over the Sand River will be completed by tomorrow.
An informed source, who spoke to the contractor on site said weather permitting, the roads repair team hoped to finish the bridge by around 1 pm tomorrow.
