Emthonjeni – fountain of life – gospel album released

Moses Mahlalela's new Gopsel album titled Emthonjeni- fountain of life has just been released.

The dynamic, inspiring Gospel giant and humble singer, composer and writer takes gospel music to another level with the release of 13 tracks Gopsel album titled Emthonjeni- fountain of life.

Moses Mahlalela is known by many with his shy voice yet he will blow your mind on stage. This is his 5th album.

The album released under Kwathole Conexions, consist of spiritual messages traditional songs. Like any other Gospel album Mahlalela against all odds has managed to blend the maskandi sounds of township funeral and wedding rhythms into a great 13 tracks album. The album is dedicated to the late producer Ringo Mkhari and was recorded at his studios just before he passed on.

Previously Moses Mahlalela  worked with Big Boy Mlangeni, Lionel Jamela and Tsepo Ndzimande of Bula Music.  Mahlalela managed to fit in between his music career and work at Eskom Power Station. His music career drive has kept him this far.

The album title track ‘Emthonjeni’ invitation to come back to God and reason for better life. Mahlalela sings of greater healing and comfort to the broken and the believer’s call to rise up. The feeling as he sings is a cry and plea to come to the fountain of living. The album speaks about unity and calling all back to God. It is the soul revival and self experience journey.

Mahlalela wishes of a place where everyone finds joy and be filled from the fountain of Peace.  ‘Ngeke Ngakuyekela’ the song sums it all as Mahlalela echoes his commitment to God. When all is said and done but remember God can change all the sadness and that has pass on into greater joy- sings Mahlalela on track 3 ‘Uyabuyisela.’  Humbled Mahlalela believes all the pandemonium in the World can be sorted through songs of hope, peace and spiritual messages.

He is sure to change many in the the world with his music  “Africa has plenty to offer I am the messenger with my voice I promise to heal many wounded and comfort all,”  Moses says.
