St Francis runway partially open again

The St Francis Airfield runway is partially open again.

Pilot, Barry Culligan, says: “We are delighted to advise that we can now open part of the runway at FACF as from today (22 November) with 700 meters on the West side.

“We are still working on repairing the damage to the Eastern end and this should  be completed by Saturday.

“If the East side is not ready by Saturday I will mail all pilots. 

“Runway is moved and landing lights are once more operational.”
