Don’t use Lyme Road South unless you live along that road. This is an appeal sent out by Nigel Aitken, vice chairman of the St Francis Bay Residents’ Association, yesterday.
He says Kouga Council has agreed to have signage installed to stop heavy vehicles entering St Francis Bay from using Lyme Road South. Everyone is asked to co-operate as the road is in a bad state and is only being worsened by heavy loads, delivery trucks etc.
Aitken suggests people use Lyme Road North instead in order to reach St Francis Drive.
