The rain unfortunately washed out some of the the Radio 5FM event at Mentorskraal over the weekend but those that braved the elements had a great time.
The main tent was in the open and the camping site was believed to be completely unusable as a result of the weather. Then Monster Tent was rained out and no music was played there.
According to some St Francis girls, there was so much water and mud everywhere. The turnout was not as good as it could have been as the cold weather kept several people away.
Fortunately the dance floor with the FM DJ’s was indoors. “Those people that were there, us included, had a great time.” one of the girls, Sarah, said
