Chairman of the St Francis Bay Sector Police Forum, Oliver Holmes, has put out the following message for the community:
“In the process of combating crime in our area we have called upon all the residents to report any suspicious activity to the SAPS or any of the security companies, and to accept the concept of Neighbour helping Neighbour.
“We now further request that residents make their homes less inviting as a target for criminals by installing any, or all of the following : security lighting, alarm systems, watch dogs, fences and/or security walls.
“Crime Spotter St Francis Bay on Facebook can also be used to post reports or comments which may be useful in the fight against crime.”
