There is a major water leak in the feeder line to St Francis and Paradise Beach!!
This is an urgent call to residents from St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis and Paradise Beach to use water sparingly.
The Nelson Mandela Metro has detected a major leak in one of the feeder lines supplying water to these areas. The Metro is working on the problem, but is not yet able to predict how long it will take to repair the leak.
There is still water in the reservoirs, so taps have not yet run dry.
However, the Kouga Municipality asks that residents use water sparingly, as we cannot say when this supply will be replenished.
