KC Properties is almost four years old and has grown in stature and popularity in St Francis Bay. It has now moved to bigger and grander premises nearby.
“With the continuous expansion of the business and the team, of Mary Jafta, Tarryn Ward, Grant Dunn, Kerry Clare and the domestic staff, we had to make an executive decision to move to bigger premises,” says Kerry Clare, an owner and founder of the business. “We haven’t moved far though. We now share The Property Shop building.
“We have taken the bigger office and The Property Shop has retained one office. Grant Dunn is the newest member of the team. He will be overseeing the property management and home care side of the business. We are all excited with the changes.”
