SFBRA project enhances beauty of St Francis

PROJECT ST FRANCIS

The first SFBRA community project has been completed.  All the palm trees in St Francis Drive have been pruned.  The bushes and trees in the area adjacent to the tennis courts (where the market takes place) have also been tidied up.

We believe this project was a great success and created much interest in the community.  It is projects like this that are extremely visible and enhance the beauty of our village.

If any residents can think of any other similar projects that we can tackle please do not hesitate to contact us.

The total cost of this project was R2000 and four unemployed Sea Vista residents were given work for a whole week.  We hope to use them again in future projects.  A BIG word of thanks must go to Nigel Forbes who was the main supervisor of this project.  We would also like to thank Council for agreeing to this project as well as removing the fronds.
